Exercise Your Voice!

I’m not talking about expressing your opinion!

I’m talking about:

  • exercising your vocal chords
  • building your lung capacity and
  • tuning up your ear

Everyone likes to sing. So why not exercise your voice and improve it?

Here are a couple of very easy exercises to get you started. But first, here are a few tips to help you out:

  1. Keep water handy.
  2. Don’t strain.
  3. Don’t sing notes that are too high. Only sing the notes that are comfortable to you.
  4. Before you begin, take a couple of deep breaths, and relax your shoulders and upper body when you exhale.

 

Don’t worry about looking or sounding silly when you practice these exercises.
