Friday is coming and we need to do something different. I’m challenging everyone who reads this to try a new dish or a favorite recipe and listen to the music of the culture we are featuring.
Today I want to talk about the food and music of Mexico. This can be a lot of fun. The colorful plates and food and the music is on in the background playing. The evening could be made more special and interactive with maracas, castanets, and sombreros. You get the picture really go all out and create a night of food and music appreciation for your family or have fun with a girls night, or how about a date night. (You could talk Salsa dance lessons for this one.)
